The Industrial Skills Enhancement Programmer (INSEP) is a diploma graduate engineers training and development program.  NSSDC in collaborated with Malaysian Government are now offering courses in technical discipline to equip all diploma graduate leavers with the right competencies and innovative capabilities to meet the current and future challenges of the high technologies in Malaysia.

• Transport from hostel to NSSDC is available

• Offered to all Engineering Diploma and Degree holders from any local or International University
• Offered for jobless
• Offered to local citizen
• Three month training course
